  • What's the difference between Stream+, campaigns and submissions?"
    That's a good question. Here's the breakdown. Campaigns (paid): * Secure placement(s) or your money back. * 100% chance our curators reviews the song (as they're paid to review campaigns). * Guaranteed results. Your campaign goals will be met or exceeded, or your money back. * 30-day minimum placement guarantee. Stream+ (paid subscription): * Everything from Campaigns. * Long-term playlist placements. * Promote multiple songs. * Reduced cost for individual campaigns. Submissions (free): * No incentive for curators to review, so they may go unreviewed. * No guarantee on how long the curator keeps the song in their playlist. * No guarantee that your song will be placed. * Absolutely free! Might as well try out your odds!
  • How does StreamSmart benefit me as an artist?
    As an artist, you're looking to maximize your ROI, we get that. That's why we offer the most competitive rates around as well as guarunteed results if you give us Spotify for Artists access (otherwise how would we know?). On top of that, most of our curator's playlists target strictly high CPM countries; giving you higher quality listeners, streams, saves, and royalties.
  • Where is my song being placed?
    Your track is placed in one (or more) of our curator's playlists, all of which are 100% organic. The playlists in our network are authentically grown from Spotify Search or Instagram Advertising through high CPM countries like the UK, USA and Canada. Rest assured; you're getting quality and real engagement from our campaigns.
  • Can I promote an entire album or EP?
    Absolutely. A campaign can only consist of one song, but you can have as many campaigns running as your heart desires.
  • Can I contact the curators directly?
    As a part of StreamSmart's privacy policy, we cannot share the contact details of the curators. However, if you've had a campaign with us before and want to work with that curator(s) again, we will try our best to get your songs featured there.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, here's the cases in which we'd refund your order. a) Your song doesn't meet our standard for quality. This means we aren't confident enough in your track to pitch it to our curators, so we refund the campaign. b) We can't fulfill (all/some of) your campaign goals. In this case, we'd either partially refund the reach we couldn't lock down, or entirely refund if we couldn't lock down any of the placement you ordered. This is rare, but it happens. Rest assured; you don't take the hit.
  • I'm a curator. How can I work with StreamSmart?
    So you're a curator? Cool! We offer a $1 reward for every campaign you review for placement in your playlist. It's a good way to make money while still remaining within TOS at Spotify. We also send through submissions from artists. There's no reward for reviewing these, but we won't flood your inbox. Don't worry!
